Dr Andrea Marshall and Daniel van Duinkerken talk about tagging Manta rays in Burma’s Mergui Archipelago.

Filmed before and during a Ray of Hope Expedition to the Mergui Archipelago in Burma. This short film documents the run up to the trip and footage taken at one of Burma diving Manta ray hot spots, Black Rock. Dr Andrea Marshall conducted her second Ray of Hope Expedition to Burma in 2012. The aim of the expedition was to continue her vital work satelite tagging Giant manta rays. Her tagging work is revealing remarkable facts about the migration routes of these magnificent animals.
